Tarte aux prunes

September 2016 from Cathy B. Charantes area. 400° oven

Puff pastry
French prunes ~ 1 lb : Reines Claude, Mirabelles (green-yellow), others
wash and halve prunes, toss with some sugar, lay on pastry pie shell (shape as you wish)
Bake at 400°, 25 min.

Serve with Brut Cidre (5% alc) chilled
