• Puff pastry
• French prunes ~ 1 lb : Reines Claude, Mirabelles (green-yellow), others
• wash and halve prunes, toss with some sugar, lay on pastry pie shell (shape as you wish)
• Bake at 400°, 25 min.

Serve with Brut Cidre (5% alc) chilled
